Provided Site Supervision, Quality Control, Safety Health Supervision, materials, labor, equipment and logistics to remove and replace 56,322sq ft of roof. installed new ramps, walk pads, metal decking, flashing, gutters, downspouts, and lightning protection.
DA – Payne Lake Dam Spillway Design Build Revitalization
Provided A&E Design, Survey, Site Supervision, Quality Control, Safety Health Supervision, materials, labor, equipment and logistics to remove and replace sluice gate and operations tower. A& E work included complete set of construction drawings, specifications, and A&E inspections. Construction included demolition and disposal of the existing operation tower and gate, new tower and sluice gate, including new pilings, decking, railing, stairs, assembly and installation of new sluice gate, and operation training.
